This summer, we started our project in our backyard that included a
custom pool and spa, landscape, and hardscape for a new construction
house. Thomas Pools took their time upfront to work on multiple design
options that suited our family and budget needs. They were patient and
upfront on all pros and cons of the design options, and their follow-up
during the process was responsive and non-pushy. One of the strengths
of Thomas Pools was their vast network of specialized subcontractors to
help customize every detail of our entire backyard project.

Once we agreed on the design, Thomas Pools managed the entire
process from permits to subcontractor management to day-to-day
construction. Everyone at Thomas Pools (including any subcontractor)
was very professional and courteous as they worked at our house, and
they made sure to clean up all construction materials and debris at the
end of every day. Thomas Pools proactively addressed any issue that
needed to be fixed during the process, and their attention to detail
exceeded our expectations.
